Registration Information
Medical
Medical forms must be submitted prior to the start of the session. All physical exams must be within the past 12 months. In order to administer any medication to our children, a Permission Form (pdf, 12KB) must be signed by a parent/guardian.
Financial Aid
The Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston offers financial aid for most programs to those who qualify. Please see the Financial Aid Checklist (pdf, 17KB) and complete the Financial Aid Application (pdf, 34KB).
