A spirited, sports-focused experience for every age and interest.
The JCC’s modern, spacious gyms, pools, tennis courts and sports fields provide a fun, safe environment where young athletes can hone their abilities, make new friends, and learn and improve skills in specific sports! Athletes, certified instructors, coaches and trainers encourage individual skill and team-building in concentrated one-week sessions. All camps are open to the entire community.

Mini-Sports
Grades PreK-1 • Led by Isaac Brown • 9am-1pm
Our littlest campers learn to play soccer, baseball, basketball and other team games
in a supportive instructional atmosphere—with time for free swim. No pressure, just
lots of fun!
Tri-Star Soccer
Grades K-4 • Led by Tri-Star Directors Lorenzo DiBenedetto and Rich Bransfield
9am-4pm or 9am-12pm
Kicks for all ages and ability levels! The Tri-Star staff of soccer pros and teachers
create an atmosphere of fun and learning, while assisting young players in
developing their knowledge of the game and skills. Individual skills, such as ball
control and tactics, are emphasized. Teamwork and lessons in sportsmanship build
self-confidence and self-esteem. All campers receive a soccer ball, t-shirt and water bottle.
Wide World of Sports
Grades K-4 • Led by Peter Sylvester • 9am-4pm
Designed for the all-around player interested in many sports (baseball, basketball,
soccer, wiffle ball, kickball, flag football, capture the flag and more), WWS provides
a fun opportunity to develop basic skills while making friends and learning teamwork.
Basketball
Grades K-5, divided into age groups • Led by Peter Sylvester • 9am-4pm or
9am-12pm
Develop the fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting and playing defense while
building self-confidence and teamwork skills through drills in the morning and games
in the afternoon.
Rich Gedman Baseball
Grades 1-5 • Led by Dave Smith and Rich Gedman Baseball staff
9am-4pm or 9am-12pm
In a week filled with fundamentals, drills and games, younger campers work on the
basics, while older campers drill and prepare to play on the larger baseball diamond.
Swim/Tennis Half-Day

Grades K-2 • Led by Isaac Brown • 9am-2pm
Two hours of tennis instruction each day, swim instruction
Monday–Thursday – plus arts and crafts and free swim make for
fun summer days!
AllStar Swim
Grades 2-9 • Must be a Level 4 swimmer or higher
9am-4pm or 9am-1pm
Improve technique and learn to swim faster and more efficiently!
Experienced staff coach swimmers to fine-tune their skills and work on
overall improvement.
Tennis
Grades 3-9 • Led by returning USPTA
Certified Tennis Pro Salim Chraibi and
tennis instructors • 10am-4pm
A recreation-focused environment combined with
the latest training techniques to improve skills at
every level! The daily schedule includes morning
instruction and drills, followed by lunch and free
swim; the afternoon concentrates on games and
match play. In case of rain, modified drills and
recreational games are played in the JCC gym.
Campers may participate in one, many, or
all weeks.
Adventure • G.O.A.L.S.

The Great Outdoors & Leadership Camp (G.O.A.L.S.) is an
unforgettable week of challenges: outdoor high ropes course, kayaking
on Massachusetts rivers, hiking the tallest peaks south of Maine,
geocaching for hidden treasure, mountain biking and working as
a team on rock climbing expeditions – all in five days
Flying Fantasy Circus Camp
Grades 1-8 • Led by Tito Gaona and the Flying
Fantasy Circus and Trapeze Adventure staff
9am-4pm • Two consecutive weeks
Join the circus for two unique and thrilling weeks!
Tito Gaona and his experienced staff help campers
improve their concentration and focus, gain strength
and flexibility, build self-confidence, and have fun. Daily
activities include low trapeze, flying trapeze, wire walking,
globe balancing, aerial arts, juggling, clowning, and
production. Harnesses, lines and safety nets are used
for all trapeze and aerial activities.
Camp culminates in a complete Flying Fantasy Circus Show
that highlights the “circus stars” and their newly
developed skills!
Golf at Ponkapoag Golf Course, Canton
Camps run every week from June 14 to September 3 unless otherwise noted.
Hours vary by camp, please see registration form for specifics.
Three-Day Juniors
Grades 2-10 • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Basic golf skills, swing, chipping, and putting.
Five-Day Juniors
Grades 3-11
Basic golf skills, swing, chipping and putting. Fridays will include on-course instruction.
Five-Day Players
Grades 3-11
For the younger golfer who is serious about improving, Five-Day concentrates on
improving swing skills, chipping and putting. Practice techniques are covered and
playing instruction included.
Five-Day Play and Practice
Grades 7-12
For the experienced golfer who is serious about improving, Play and Practice includes
two hours of supervised practice and 18 holes of supervised golf daily. Students
receive a USGA handicap to track progress.
Tournament Players
Grades 9-12
For the serious high school golfer, the perfect lead-in to the high school golf season.
Each day includes practice, evaluation and technique improvement in the morning,
and 18 holes of golf in the afternoon.
