The Leventhal-Sidman JCC is your first stop for health and fitness! Here you'll find a range of options to suit every taste and need: cardio, strength training, group exercise, aquatics, and even an indoor running and walking track. We round out these offerings with a dedicated Stott… Pilates studio, mind/body, weight loss and adventure programs…it's all there, and it's available with instruction opportunities for members of all ages.

Whether you want to lose weight or get in shape, there's a lot to gain. The jccFITplan (Fitness Introduction Training) offers personal guidance and one-on-one attention to help you start exercising and keep you focused on your fitness goals. Every new LSJCC member receives two personal training sessions to introduce the different modes of exercise and create a time-efficient fitness routine tailored to specific needs. You'll begin to work out with the confidence and tools for maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

jccFITplan - Fitness Introduction Training

Personal Training
Stay motivated with our certified personal trainers! Whether you need to kick-start your routine, are just getting started, or are training for an event, you will be matched with a trainer to help you reach your specific fitness goals. We have training options to fit all budgets and health and fitness needs. Individual, partner, and small group sessions are available in either 30-, 45-  or 60-minute increments at any hour we're open (subject to availability).

The Pilates Studio
The Pilates Studio at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC provides a peaceful, sunlit place for you and our certified instructors to practice STOTT PILATES in an environment dedicated to mind-body balance. Develop strength, flexibility, endurance and better alignment, through this contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates’ original exercise method. Fee-based individual and group instruction are available.

Take It Off™ Weight Loss Program
Take It Off™ weight loss is a three month, personalized weight loss program based on weekly meetings with a coach to keep you on track. Participants have lost up to 25 pounds in three months using foods from the grocery store!
