Welcome!
Boston’s modern Jewish community is a study in mobility. Demographic surveys from the mid-1960s on point to more and more young families locating beyond the city limits and, in the past 20 years, spreading farther west and south.

Our services to the South Area Jewish community are designed to mirror this trend—geographically diverse and emphasizing the needs of families and young children, while presenting opportunities for connection, enrichment, celebration, and fun for all.

The Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston will offer programs throughout the south area, including holiday celebrations, interfaith programs, parenting workshops, special needs and senior programs. We look forward to meeting you at our classes, programs, celebrations and events! Please look for our upcoming programs in Stoughton, Sharon, Canton, Easton and many of the surrounding towns south of Boston.
